It takes roughly 5-7 weeks to receive your wedding photographs and 6-8 weeks to receive your wedding videos. If you are wanting to have your photos and videos sooner, we offer a rush service!

We are both meticulous when it comes to your wedding imagery! We shoot on multiple cameras, which are constantly backing everything up onto two SD cards, and when we arrive home everything is backed up, too. 

Yes, we share a vendor list within our welcome package, with recommendations of our favourite vendors in the UK and Spain. 

Yes, we are fully  insured for wedding photography and videography. We have full public liability, professional indemnity and gear insurance.

This has never happened and will NEVER happen. However, if it did, we have contacts all over the world that will be able to step in. These are other talented photographers and videographers who will take good care of you.

Of course, we'd love for you to print your favourite photos! You can easily order photo prints through your online gallery. 

This is your wedding and if you are uncomfortable with your photos and videos being shared on our social media platforms, we will respect that.

Life is complicated and the unexpected is to be expected. The retainer fee is non refundable as this helps to protect our business due to turning away all other bookings for your wedding date. We hope you understand that the retainer fee is insurance for our business to stay afloat in the event of a cancellation.
